For example if i work out on sunday and im supposed to work out on tuesday after that but i am still very sore for some reason my sore lasted for more than a day, should i rest on tuesday and work out wednesday? And how can i prevent my body from being sore for such a long time after a workout. usually soreness lasts a day thats why you have ONE rest day after each workout.

Your body will be sore and that is something you have to accept. The more you do this program, the more your muscles will get used to each workout and you won't be as sore. But don't cut out workout time if you only have sore muscles. (Stretching on rest days helps too.)
same answer as Jack. Muscle soreness and muscle rebuilding has nothing to do with each other. You can be sore for up to 2 weeks actually, but it takes around 48 hours for muscles to rebuild :)
