Hi I am a 13 nearly 14 year old boy from Ireland. I've been doing this program for three weeks and have seen immense progress. I just completed level six and I hope to update this forum every week. I weigh 112 pound and 5 feet 6 inches I need to lose about 5 pounds but my main goal is to gain strength.
Great to hear that bro! Keep us connected with your results. I'd suggest focusing on a lean bulk or even just a recomposition nutrition since you're just starting! Nutrition is pretty much the key factor 70% of the time. But anyway, good job on taking a step to change your life! Salute!

Great bro, keep it up! Two questions. 1. Why did you say you need to lose five pounds? 2. Can you send a pic of your physique here? I'm guessing your an ectomorph and my advice for you(because of your body type and age) would be to bulk up man. You are really underweight. Even at your age and height. I don't understand why you would want to lose 5 pounds but anyway. It's great that your starting at such a young age bro, keep it up man!
Ya I realised that after weighing myself the other day since I started I've actually put on three pounds and have never looked better
I did level 8 in a split because I was super busy but I completed it. Feeling stronger as well.

I was sick for the past few days and felt really week. So I went back to level 4 and did the first half with max reps. I'll do the second half tomorrow. Is it okay if I work out like this from now on?

It actually is okay but don't do this too often. youre central nervous system needs rest too. This ay you can get into overtraining and that is the last thing you want. Also youre joints get stressed to much for example. for core and pull you do like hanging exercises from the bar. youre forearm had to workou every day so thats not good. I wouldnt recommend doing it this way. Just stick with the Full body workouts or do a split. For example Mo:Pull and Push Tue: legs and core
But make shure to get 1-2 rest days a week like that. Hope i could help. Salute my brother!
