I bought this program right when it came out. Before, I tried various other calistenics workout programs, but no programs compare to this. The workouts are fantastic, they help me set goals to complete workouts so I can move on to the next ones. Outside of calistenics I play competing sports and I've noticed the difference not only in my physique but in my performance. All my teammates ask how I got so strong and ripped and I tell them by doing calistenics. I show them a picture of Chris and they are amazed. Chris one year transformation video inspired me so much and I'm so thank you he came out with his own program. This program is by the far the best. Thank you Chris!
Did you finish the program and What were the results
I'm not finished yet I'm on level 22. The results are crazy though when I started I was between beginner to intermediate. But now I've seen so many results, theirs moves like Russian dips, handstands and muscle ups I thought I could never do them but doing Chris program has helped so much. If you stay consistent with this program you will see the results
Really happy to hear! Thanks for the comment man, appreciate it!

Reilly, did you always do his workouts to the letter or did you ever modify his workouts, for example incorporating a level 25 push and a level 20 pull together, or did u always follow his workouts as they are. And when you struggled a level or could not complete it, how many levels did you move back?
I modified them, early on I was struggling with getting the muscle-up so I was stuck on level 13. But my legs and core kept advancing, so I went back 2 levels every time I failed so I would do level 11 upper body(push and pull) and I would do level 22 legs and core. I hope this helps.
Yes it does thank you :) did you do any exercies in particular for Muscleup Progression?
Michael:
The key exercise for learning the muscle up if you haven't seen that!

But i'd really like to hear Reilly's answer too! :)
Yes I followed Chris tutorial on YouTube, after mastering basic pull-ups and straight bar dips I worked on explosive pull-ups. Then I could do muscle ups with a resistance band. For a while though I struggled and couldn't get a muscle up without a band. I then saw Chris video on the tiger bend push-ups and that helped so much. I practiced those for two weeks and then I finally got my muscle up. I give all the credit to Chris!
Lol thats so funny, once i started tiger bends too back then, i also got it in like 2 weeks haha! Btw don't give credit to me, credit yourself for your dedication! Keep it up
Thank you Chris, the premium videos are excellent!
Hey Chris I was wondering are you able to do a straddle or full planche yet, in my opinion that's the hardest exercise/skill to perform?
Good job Reilly keep it up bro . Don't give up and you should tell us how your results turned out
Thank you man! Good luck with your training too!!
Im in the same boat as you, except my pull is extremely weak, i can only do about 3 pullups with good form max lol, yet my push is a lot stronger compared to pull like i can knock out 15 dips in a set i can easily do 10 clapping pushups etc, ive been seeing a lot of progress in my push/core/legs, but my pull is still very weak :/
