I had a question regarding why in level 11 we use around the world chin ups instead of around the world pull ups? I am having a hard time with archer pull ups, particularly the top part of making one arm straight against the bar? Should I be doing Around the World Pull ups instead to improve? Any advice would be appreciated!
The difference would be minimum and really wouldn't affect your progress in archer pull-ups. Just stick to around the world chin-ups.
