Do you rest only between sets or between exercises too?
Lets take level 9 for example. You rest 120sec after every 8-10 dips. But after last set of dips do you rest too or go straight to diamond push ups?
Between exercises too. It's important to get some rest between exercises in order to not get an injury. Besides, I doubt anyone is able to moved straight from on exercise to another, so I recommend to rest a while simply to get enough strength for the upcoming sets.
