Chris,
I notice on the YT videos, you pump out a lot of pull ups even after doing harder exercises, what's the best way to increase pull ups? I have been doing them for a year very consistently but still can only do about 10-11 max in my first fresh set.
It's a combination of strength and endurance. He's been doing calisthenics for a long time now(this might be a wild guess, but I think that also affects😜). Just keep practicing them and you'll get stronger and be able to do more and more. Practice burnout sets as well. Once your done with your workout, pump out as many as you can. Record, progress, and see how you're building strength and muscle. Good luck!
It's a combination of many things yea. Also improved technique etc. Just practise over all :) No secret tip.
