Hello everyone
In this thread is where I will be writing down my journey through the program, I will post my ideas and thoughts and what level I am currently on.
I am going to start at Level 7 because I feel the other levels aren't challenging enough, and then go all the way up to level 30.
I will be doing split workouts as I do not have enough time to complete a full body workout in the time I have available.
