Hey Everyone
I bought this programmme about 2 months ago and did it every second day ( the last half week i don't did it because i was ill)
In January i started at Level 5 and now i am at Level 6 and my "problem" is that i think my body build invisible muscles ( I don't see a big different between my body before and now). Thats maybe a weird question but maybe another person got the same "problem".
Firstly, two months is really nothing for a transformation, whether it be skinny to muscular or fat to muscular, it takes a lot longer, give it some time. Though it could be various things, maybe you are stronger but you also have fat, which still gains muscles, they just don't show cus' of fat. Maybe you need to work on your diet a bit.. If you can do more pull ups or X exercise (X being any exercise from the ones you do), then your muscles are stronger, you have more strength. I mean you should still see some difference in 2 months of training, I really don't know what it could be.. Good luck though!
Hey man
Okay first, you really have to understand how the body works. It's an interesting question or "issue" you have, so i'll definitely make a video about it really soon called something like "The results to expect"
You really must not expect any kind of visible results in the first 2 months. Right now your body might not even have fully adapted to the fact that you have started working out, and that it would be smart for your body to begin building new muscle fibers.
If you have gotten stronger, it's also a lot more your nervous system thats starting to respond better, rather than your muscles actually becoming stronger.
Second: growing doesn't depend that much on your training, but what you eat. You can actually grow without working out, but just by eating, drinking lots of water and sleeping well, so remember that too!
I will make a more in depth video soon about this topic. Thanks for the idea! Keep working hard and don't give up. It's only been 2 months my friend!
Oooh yeah, makes sense for the nervous system thing..
Thank you so much for answering , now i'm more motivated as before i keep it up :)
Yeah and i now it will take much longer as 2 months :)
