Today I did standing calf raises and when it came to the max set I could do 100 with very slow and controlled pace. But I did not feel the burn. I watched chris's video but I didn't feel like my calves were burning. Any tips?

Do one leg instead or weighted calve raises for instance :) The exercise is simply way too easy for you!

Btw I'm having problems doing my first dip. Should I practice with resistance bands?

Negative dips and push ups probably for the first dip.. I suppose it's fine for a resistance band. Good luck! :)
