How long should a complete workout take?
Start to finish, including warmup.
I understand that it could be different for everyone. Just trying to get a feel for how long it takes everyone to complete a workout.
Is 2 hours too long? I feel like the majority of my workout consists of rest time. I can't cut out the rest time because if I do, I can't complete the exercise. (muscle failure).
Just want to hear everyone's thoughts and experiences.
