Hi chris I train fullbody work out 1 should I go on with it or should I do some think difrent?
That's up to you.. You can do split routines but if you don't have time to work your arms for example, it'll be bad cos' you didn't work your arms for a pretty long time, where as full body workouts, you always workout your whole body so if you skip a day, you can do it the other day without worrying of not working out a muscle group..
