Hi Chris and everyone,
I've been working out for the copule two months (not yet with chris system, but with his routines), and got nice results so far.
Unfortunately, I notice imbalance between my left pec to my right pec (left is bigger), and also feel that my left side of the back is stronger (lefst side is working harder while doing pull ups).
My question is how can I make it even out with calisthenics? exercises? maybe it relates ro mobility on each side? stretches?
I'm right handed.
