when will the nutrition program come out bro?
Hey chris, For your upcoming nutrition guide I have a query, I'm a Muslim and if you don't already know we can only eat foods that are 'halal' as part of our religion... So I was just wondering whether you could maybe take that into consideration when creating your guide as it would really benefit me a lot and maybe others. Thank you and keep up the hard work!

You wrote that about a month ago but i just saw that and wanted to answer it.
I'm muslim too and living in toronto means i need to care about finding "halal foods". Well what I'm thinking is probably his nutrition guide will fit for us. Because i don't think he is going to say "Gelatin is good for ur muscles get some" or if he put meat in nutrition probably he would write meat or chicken rather than pork. You would figure out what kinnda meat u will eat. He made a video about alcohol therefore he is not going to put alcohol in nutrition either. As i said probably his nutrition will fit for us.
Because of i'm living in canada i know couple things like what you need to avoid so if you have any questions relevant to "halal food" after Chris publish the nutrition i'll try my best to answer them

Have you guys ever taken a week off training, like as a break to help recovery, because i saw an article on bodybuilding.com about taking breaks to speed up recovery, i'm not talking about typical rest days, i mean like a whole week
Yeah, thats very normal to do once in a while. I explain that in the workout program too! :)

Alfredo.....I think BAR BROTHERS (WHOLE FAMILY) is mainly related with calisthenics (*ONLY BODY WEIGHT EXERCISE*). HE can use extra weights while doing calisthenics exercise for extra muscle growth but can't use*MACHINES AND SUPPLEMENTS*

Just named some of the videos inside the nutrition program folder at "Browse". These are just some of the videos I now know will be included. Also a Q&A with all your questions that is not answered directly in the program will be made, and some other videos as well.

Hey Chris I'm so excited for the nutrition guide, will it be out in the next weekend?
probably not. Its not be as simple as you all may think.. But by the next coming weeks I will begin publishing parts of the guide as I produce it, and then once it's finished I'll announce it everywhere :)

Chris what do you think about my breakfast? I eat 3 slices of wholemeal bread with peanut butter, 10 almonds, I put in the blender 100g oatmeal, 2 white eggs, 1 banana, a tablespoon of honey, 300ml of milk, and I mix all that. In the end I drink a glass of orange juicer. In your opinion it's a good breakfast?
