What kind of exercises should I do so I can progress to the tucked planche??
I don't know your level of fitness but if you think you're ready to give it a go:
You might want to start from push up position (straight armed planche) and leaning forward as far as you can (at least your shoulders should be in front of your hands) and progress like a planche (20s -30s -40s -... holds).
- Remember not to bend your elbows.
- Hands can flare more outwards if it's to stressing on your wrists.
- Flex your abs and push down shoulders (hollow body)
