I've finally arrived at level 11 and I must say it was really humbling to get wrecked (failed at chin ups ... 8 reps/set after the around the worlds was too much for me still. At least I got everything else)
I know it's a transition from beginner to intermediate and I will try again and again until I nail it with proper technique. And I will! To stubborn to accept defeat! Which brings me to my question.
Is it a good idea to keep trying to complete the level and adding reps to a certain set you weren't able to complete before or alternate between the other levels (say 9, 10 and 11) for variation reasons?
