The Level 2 is pull up holds? But how does it work? Do you jump into them? I can't do a full pull up yet, so trying to raise to the bar and then hold would be harder than even a full pull up. I'm thinking you jump into the up position of the pull up and hold yourself there, but then for how long? It says a number of reps not an amount of time... any help?
You obviously jump to it if you're not strong enough to do a pull up. Chris once said you don't do it max but you do it to the point where you start feeling the burn.
