Depends on your energy, mood and such, but usually takes 1-2 hours..
ohhh i did lvl 3 in 25min have i done somthing wrong?
Maybe you didn't rest as the recommended, but if you finished all exercises with the sets & reps, there's nothing wrong.. :D
Oscar, you have to focus on your form, A LOT!!!!!!!!! <--- of people, do some exercises and think that they are doing it right, but in fact.. they are doing it TOO FAST and TOO SLOPPY! <-- look at these things, take the rest that is required and improve throughout the workout.
