What pull up Grip should i do ? With the thumb over or under the bar ?
You can do both, but most recommend The thumb under the bar, since it gives you a better grip.
You can also train both and shift between them.
make your thumb and index finger 90 degrees then grab the bar and squezee it
So it doesn't matter ?
In the beginning (Level5) i did the thumb over the bar but now (Level8) i do the thumb under the bar becuase you will get a better grip :)
