In level 15 in core exercises it says in sets 4x4 can someone explain me what this means, and in time it says 5 sec, so should I do a dragon fly hold or max dragonflies in the time, i dont know i would appreciate some help, thank you guys!
4x4 means 4 sets of 4 reps. 5 seconds means the duration of the rep. If you can do a full dragonfly, do 2.5 seconds up and 2.5 seconds down. If you can't do a full dragonfly yet, then do the negative portion for as long as you can. If you an hold it for 5 seconds, then good for you.
