i started the program today. I can do a muscle up but its with one arm first. I dont get the technique and i alredy saw the video explaining the muslc up. Can some one help me pls?

At start use a lot of momentum, swing forwards and when coming backwards do a knee raise while pulling up and backwards so that you have the round motion and then you pull forwards into a dip, it's a bit weird at start but tiger bend pushups will indeed help for triceps, I got my first muscle up at lvl 13 a few days ago without doing too much one-arm firsts..
