Just wondering if someone knows how many pounds Chris gained in his 2013 to 2014 body transformation?? Any guesses??

I went from around 65 kg to 78 kg. Then from 78 kg to around 82 kg the next year. At 86 kg now.

And how many days do you train your abs?? Every 2 days like in the full body workout program??
Core every second day as in the workout program.
Chris, you might also want to add your age to the equation.
When you are a youngster (and you were in 2013 :D) you are still growing. Doubt that every pound/kilogram you gained was pure of training.
I started training at the age of 29 (weighing 92kg 1m78)
Now i'm 31 years old (weighing 84kg)
Why would the weight gain be that relevant? If you stayed at the same BF% and height and you gained 12kg... HOLY CRAP :D
That is completely true! I don't know how I would have looked without the training and we can't ever find out. But I sure would not have gained any bodyweight strength with no training and that was the main purpose with my training :)
The main reason I started putting on weight was because I started to actually eat - I think.
Hahaha good reply. Yeah, many people don't take into consideration that you are growing, so all the weight gain isn't all muscle.
