Good morning Chris, I am luqman her e from Singapore. Is it possible if you can make a video of the training schedule for us to follow therefore we keep on track of our training daily :D I am not too sure about when to train abs, upper body and legs day?

That's a split workout. Chris isn't the one to go to for that. If you want split workouts where you train different parts of you body on different days, get The System from Lazar and Dusan. They are over at Bar Brothers DC. Or, if you want what Chris has, get his program and you would do full body workouts every other day or so. That means you train your whole body in one workout!
