Im doing level 3 n when I was doing the dips on parallel bars my upper left side of chest hurts when lowering myself 90 degree down and pushing myself up. It hurts so much that I cant push myself up.

Make sure that you warm up pretty good and check what kind of pain it is, you know: bone, joint or the actual upper chest muscle. Beginners usually tend to have chest pain in the collarbone so it might be just a beginner thing that lasts around the first month of doing dips. But even if it is a beginner thing you should still be able to push through the whole dip motion. I'd say either do them with some sort of assistance or if it's the joint and not the muscle just do some other easier push variation so your muscles get stronger around the area.
I cant do level 4 so should I alternate between 1,2 and 3 until I can do max for all exercise?
