Does anyone know about or has had good experience/results with eating? I know that Chris is coming out with nutrition videos (Been coming out soon for a longtime now) but I'm going on vacation soon so would like to start eating correctly early as possible! I understand whats healthy and and not healthy (that's too basic) but amount of calories, carbs, and fats, cheat meals? Does anyone know about bulking up? Does Chris do this? or does he keep a maintain steady diet plan.

Good morning justin! yo, I have some tips to share haha. For an average man, in order to bulk up , we will have to eat 3500 calories or more in a day. And depending what type of body type are you. If you are an ectomorph( very thin), you will need to eat every 3 hourly . Food rich in carbs ( complex) e.g Whoiemeal bread, beans, brown rice . Food rich in protein ( peanut butter, chicken breast , tuna, ) and don't forget fruits and vegetables, it helps to maintain balance in the body and assist with immune system to prevent us from getting sick. I suggest eating fruit first than eat your snack or meal :) Last but not least, drink at least 8-10 glasses of water to prevent muscle cramps and dehydration.

try using calorie app , I used one of them and keep my calorie checked everyday. It helps me a lot in keeping myself motivated everyday to train mean , eat clean and be lean in 2016 :)

Thanks for your help man but im looking more at amount (Grams) of carbs and fats to eat daily. Was also wondering if guys on this forum eat at a calorie surplus for bulking or stay lean while making gains while losing fats.

Your welcome ! glad to help ! I am waiting for the nutritional video by Chris Barbrothers too 😃meanwhile I am maintaining my calories >3500 . Therefore I wont worry to loss muscle instead gaining hehe. And in addition, domt forget to have your natural weight gainer shake ( 1 banana, 1 tablespoon of peanutbutter and 1 glass of milk) 1hr before sleep to prevent muscle loss.💪
