Does anyone know about or has had good experience/results with eating? I know that Chris is coming out with nutrition videos (Been coming out soon for a longtime now) but I'm going on vacation soon so would like to start eating correctly early as possible! I understand whats healthy and and not healthy (that's too basic) but amount of calories, carbs, and fats, cheat meals? Does anyone know about bulking up? Does Chris do this? or does he keep a maintain steady diet plan.
