Hey guys! I started this program a bit under a month ago and i feel like i have been getting a lot stronger increasing my reps in almost all exercises. But i was wondering, i am still relatively thin, i am stronger but still the same size, i know i have not been focusing on my nutrition at all and i know Chris is releasing a nutrition video soon, but im wondering, for all you ectomorphs out there, how many meals a day do you eat? and how do you measure your daily calorie intake easily?
I eat 6/7 times a day, i dont count calories, i try to eat healthy

Yeah Michael, if you're an ectomorph, eating 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight really does the trick. Remember to eat eggs, fish(especially tuna), steak, ham(turkey is better than pork), and chicken. Don't forget your carbs though! Whole grain breads and pasta, beans, corn, oats, brown rice, and fruits(bananas, oranges, kiwi, apples, and tomatoes). That should be enough to keep you stuffed----- wait!!! Also remember to drink 3 liters of water a day and to eat Greek yogurt(high protein) before going to sleep. Eat healthy, work hard, and results will come. Let's go!!!!
