Good evening guys, please anyone. May i know how to make natural protein shakes? Chris Is it possible to make the natural protein shakes too? I really need to know what ingredients to use for the shakes
I would think your talking about with egg whites and milk etc. To me natural shakes are disgusting. I use a supplement but its all plant based. its called "Orgain Organic Protein". It has 21 grams of protein, 1 gram of sugar, 13 grams of carbs. it has NO dairy, soy, gluten, lactose, or GMO. it taste really good too, as i only mix it with water! I drink this because i dont have time to make chicken, beef, etc all day because im in school and sports. this shake saves me time and gives me the correct amount of protein a day. (1 gram of protein per pound you weigh)

ALCOHOL?! This is a protein powder! Can get it at any supplement store, costco, online, amazon

Unless you're like my friend Justin here, I don't suggest taking any supplements. You see, you can't say that you were all natural if you took supplement(yes, even if they are organic). Now don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong in doing it. But you won't be able to say you were entirely natural. Now, back to your question, I would suggest eating a fruit and an egg or some tuna or some slices of ham(turkey) would work really well. They have for me and I have no doubt they'll work for you too. Also you should drink water(about a liter) after working out. Keep it up man, I'll be praying for you. BarBrothers ALL DAY EVERYDAY!!! Salute!!!
You don't need protein shakes or bars to end up like Christian. It's about hard work, determination, nutrition, and consistency. Keep it up!!!

Thank you very much, Daniel! it helps me a lot :D Recently I gain belly fat more than muscles mass. Maybe it could be due to excessive simple carbohydrates i took previously hehe. I was surprised because even though I am an ectomorph, I still have some excess fats in my stomach haha. I wll be praying for all of you too! for good health and stay fit and motivated !
