Hey Chris it's Eric, I'm in the U.S., just wondering on way to build my abs more and more. I'm wondering if I need to eat more to build my abs out more. I have an eight pack from doing Calisthenics ab workouts that you've made however I'm wondering how I could build my abs like yours? Thanks.
To get more visible abs you should take a look on the nutrition.
Eat healthy and balanced and you will get more visible abs.
