Calisthenics Unity

My hands get sweaty and I find it a lot easier to grip in the chin up position (palms facing the body) than the pull up position (palms facing away) during the hanging leg raise. My question is whether there is any difference to the abs or core specifically by changing between these grips?

There's just a tiny bit difference from which angles the forearm (grip) work but no difference in the core.
