If the workouts take to long for me to complete, can I split them up by upper body and lower body and work out every day or no?
Whats your advice?

Tuesday: Abs day
Wednesday: Leg day
Thursday : Rest
Friday: Biceps and back
Saturday: Abs day & cardio
Sunday: Legs day
