Hey. Remember that nutritionists are also just people. They dont know everything. She has no reason to base her claim. She just assumes that I do it like everyone else. Science shows that eating lets say a fruit and a steak is just the same as drinking a shake, if not better. The study also pointed out that eating natural food is the key - not supplements.
The reason i also dont take it, is because i dont want to support the industry. You cant imagine how much money they make on it..
