hey , i started woking out way before chris's program and i am kinda advanced now . should i practice to get my one arm pull-up? is it worth it?
I would recommend to follow the program word for word, step by step. No need to rush it. Give it the best that you can, and remember to be explosive. BarBrothers ALL DAY EVERYDAY! Salute!

Sets and reps :) try complete final level of the program . If you can managed that, try doing Beastmode requirement hehehehe :D
