What you think about don't train 2 consecutive days ?
It will affect my muscle growth or something?
Hello Rui! ummmm , Different people have different preference . For me i train 3 days straght.
mon:upper body
Tuesday:Core
Wednesday:legs
Thursday : rest day
Our body need up to 48 hours and above to recover. therefore i train like this :)

But sometimes i can't train like this because of my school or something

Well, you could always train push and pull(full upper body) on Monday, and train abs and legs(full lower body) on Tuesday. Rest on Wednesday, and continue upper, lower, rest, so on and so forth. That shouldn't take too much time for you.

Do the full body workout the day after your inconvenient days. Example: Monday full body, Tuesday rest, Wednesday didn't have time, Thursday full body workout. This won't affect your muscle growth if you do it rarely as you said.
Hello rui! As long as you have at least rest your one of your body part between 48-72 hours (3-4days) it should be fine :)
