Eat at least 1gram of protein per pound of body weight. Eat about 50% of calorie intake on carbs. Drink at least 2.5 liters of water. Eat vegetables, brown rice, whole grains and pasta, beans and lentils. Eat fish( tuna or salmon are best), lean beef, turkey, chicken, and eggs for protein. And don't overtrain yourself man. Keep up the good work and don't eat sugars like sodas, sweet breads(cake or brownies, or cupcakes), and candy. Also watch yourself on greasy stuff. Eat clean, stay lean, in 2016. Let's go!!
