Chris depending on the time of the year do you cut or bulk? In your progression videos it seems like you stayed lean throughout the whole process.
Why would you bulk at all? No need for it.
Well eating more is a bulk basically, just make sure it's like 80-90% healthy foods like eggs, meat (protein stuff) and good amount of carbs and fat, but you don't actually have to count calories or nutrients neither for cutting (losing weight/fat) or bulking (gaining muscle preferably, might gain some fat), and then like 10-20% you know, you can probably add a bit of sugar but even then, try not to eat a lot of it.. Might be wrong though, like I always say, wait till Chris helps you, he knows a lot more :p good luck! :D
You shouldn't eat more than you need though.
Well Chris said eat more if you're skinny or you know ectomorph but I totally agree with you! :)
I agree with you and Chris also, and personally, I follow his diet. I eat a LOT, but not more than I need.
Daniel, since I'm looking for some tasty/healthy/high-protein/... food, you got any recommendations?
I know about Chris' vid etc, but what are your favorites? Thanks
Well, I don't actually focus on tasty lol. I focus more on healthy and high protein. Steak, fish, turkey, and eggs can all be tasty depending on how you cook them and season them. I enjoy eating most of these things and are tasty for me, but you should probably figure it out depending on what you got. I ear exactly what Chris said in his nutritional guide YouTube video. And it works great for me. I don't mind if it's tasty or not, but you can make it tasty!! Add healthy tasty "side foods" to your diet, and make sure you are consuming at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. Eat healthy, high in protein, and costumize your meals to make them tasty as well. Results will come if you have patience! BarBrothers ALL DAY EVERYDAY! Salute!
