Hello guys,
I am new to the website and I was reading and can someone explain to me what are the levels?
Like someone says I am in level 8 and another is in level 5
What does that mean?

Hey man. Welcome!
I assume you are a Premium Member. When people talk about what level they are at etc. it's because they talk about the workout program which can be found at www.barbrothers.dk to the right on the home page.
It's because the workout program is based on levels. Hope that could help!
