Hey, I've been following this program for one year, and I haven't noticed any results.I can do the muscle up and one arm pull-up and that's it. I take about 70 grams of protein and I weight 77 kg too. What am I doing wrong? Please help..
is your full intake protein for a day 70 grams only? You need to increase it mate, eat around 150-200 protein a day and eat CARBS!!!
I see, although so much protein has got to be expensive.
