Hey Chris i have a question about Level 8.
I'm not sure if i do the hanging knee raises correct because this is an core exercise and i think i need most my back muscles.
Either i don't do the exercise correct or this is more an Back Exercise
Well, you should definitely stretch before, in between, and after the workout. Make sure you don't swing when doing the exercise. If you have any problems, shoot us back again. BarBrothers ALL DAY EVERYDAY!!! Salute!!
