Made my worokout today
Today i made shoulders split routine , was a very good workout, hardest exercise was pike push ups , but i did all sets and reps :)
Tomorrow is Core routine :)
Yeah pike push-ups are a bitch, but wait till you do handstand push-ups. Good for you bro, though. Never give up. If it was easy, everyone would do it!!!!!
