Hey Daniel
First of all, i respect your opinions. Some of the things you say though are not correct, and other things you say, are just your opinions.
1: it depends on what you mean by "changing your body". Sure, you will be able to change your body, but if you think about, your body changes a little from day to day all the time, so those words from the system "guaranteed results" are primarily just a sales method. Its true because it will probably have effect on your nervous system especially, but the thing is, you won't be able to complete a full body transformation in 12 weeks, or even put on a remarkable amount of muscle in that short time.
2: Also, you can't tell someone he's not "doing it right". There are many ways to do it, and people progress in different ways and pace. No one is doing it perfect, and there is not always a right and wrong.
3: Your reasoning for not doing/recommending full body workouts like my workout program and I recommend, is inaccurate. The workouts take around 2 hours to complete, and even the longest ones 3 hours. If you don't have enough energy to workout for 2-3 hours, you simply just have to eat more. + with a rest day every second day it's not because you spend more energy doing full body workouts every second day, compared to do split workouts every day.
4: I also often eat a banana and an egg after the workout, but thats not the meal lol. Thats just what you bring to the workout spot and eat right after the workout and then you go right home and eat a proper meal, so i think you misunderstood. :)
hope it could clarify a few things!
