I don't have a problem with dips, but my friend who also got the program, before, he could do 7 dips, today he barely did 2 dips. He has imbalance in his triceps, one is a little weaker than the other one, that could be a little problem but he could still do 7 dips..
I'm pretty sure he follows the 1 day rest and even says that his muscles weren't sore.
What could be the problem?
First of all, we all have bad days and better days. It can depend on many things; sleep, food, water, mental energy, motivation etc. but mostly it's hormones. I would say, don't worry too much - i'm sure he'll be able to do more than 7 dips in a few days if he could do 7 earlier (y)
Yeah, that's pretty much it. My brothers couldn't even do one. But now he can, so just give it time man. Also make sure his not leaning to one side more than the other. He wants to have the triceps leveled right? I'll be hard in the beginning but I'll pay off later. Make sure he is well balanced and leveled. And don't give up bro.
