Hi,
I can currently climb a rope with my feet, and can do probably 3ish rope climbs all the way up and all the way down. I would really like to be able to climb with only my hands like I see a lot of people doing, but don't seem to be improving much by just climbing the rope 2-3 times with feet. I also realize that to get that extra strength, probably being able to do a very high number of repetitions with feet won't help a ton, just like how being able to hold a tuck planche for 2 minutes straight won't help much in achieving a full planche. What would you guys recommend to accomplish this feat?

EDIT: you need a lot of back strenght and arms
