ive been sick for a while. should i do the level i am suppose to do or go back down 3 levels or 2.

Depends on how you feel and type of sickness. Make sure you don't push yourself and give your body time to recover. My recommendation would be to go back 2 or 3 levels and see how it goes. Hope you get better soon!! BarBrothers ALL DAY EVERYDAY!!! Salute!!!

Two weeks ago i was also sick. i only continued when i felt better. but i did the same level as before, but give you body some time to recover :)
