My muscle ups are chicken wing for about 3 to 4 weeks and os still cant do a muscle up with arma going at the same time. I can do alot of tigre bento push ups explosive pull ups and dips as well.
If i dont get it in 2 weeks im going to quit calisthenics.

First of all: Patience. If you can already do chicken wing muscle ups, youre already far. It took me 4 months personally. If you already feel like you want to quit working out, you don't want it bad enough at all. Prove to yourself that you want it! Then you will have your clean regular muscle ups soon. (y)
