I started my first level yesterday and I did this:
Pull up negatives 4 sets and 4 Reps
Australian 5 sets (10, 8, 7, 6, 5 and 6 reps)
Dips Negatives 4 sets (10 reps in each sets)
Regular Push up 4 sets (10, 4, 3, 2) ***
The others exercises I did all those sets and reps complete.
So my question is when should I go to the next level since I had fail in the Regular Push Ups***?
