I dont know if it is a good idea :O
I do some sets of tiger bend push ups on my rest day.
What do you think about this idea?
Ps: when i do this exercise on my workout days i havent enough power to do them.

when you rest you grow stronger. So if you don't let your muscles rest, you could risk over stressing them, and getting injuries. Wouldn't recommend it, especially if youre not warmed up. If you don't have energy enough to do them in your workouts, eat more !

Yeah man, take your rest days seriously. You will need them. If you want to work harder, then do max sets and reps on workout days. That'll give you enough strength to do what it is that you want. Also do remember to eat a lot if your skinny(ectomorph). But not more than you need, about 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight and about 45 to 50 percent carbs, and no junk food and additional sugar.
