Hey Chris, I have recently bought membership and I am starting with your full body program this monday but I have one question, as I have seen I am currently levell 11/12 on PUSH/PULL ( I have done calisthenics before but never following a good plan), I am happy with how my body looks but I need more muscle to put on especially on the chest, as I think its my weakest muscle, I have thought of doing extra series of weighted regular exercices like push ups and dips after the push workout but I think its too much so I've split the training like this:
MONDAY: PUSH + WEIGHTED PUSH UPS, DIPS
TUESDAY: PULL + LEGS + CORE
WEDNESDAY: PUSH + WEITHED PUSH UPS / DIPS
THURSDAY: PULL + LEGS + CORE
FRIDAY: FREE DAY
SATURDAY: PUSH (NO WEITHED) + PULL + LEGS + CORE
SUNDAY: FREE DAY
Do you think that would work for increasing my chest and not overtraining? I would do like Regular weighted push ups 3x 8-6, diamond weigted diamond push ups 3x8-6 and weighted dips 3x8-6.
