Hi chris- im currently in level 17 and im doing max sets & reps so the are very long (about 3 hours and even more).
And i dont have time for this so what i did is to split the upper body from the legs and core so im doing one day upper body and the day after the legs and core and im doing rest day every 4 or 5 days.
So is it ok to do it or should i stick to the full body every second day?
Well, whatever works best for you man. As long as you rest every 3-4 days, then I don't see a problem. Good thing you're doing max sets and reps bro!!! THATS the way to do it. Let's gooooo!! BarBrothers ALL DAY EVERYDAY!!! Salute!!!
Yeah, if it works for you like Daniel says :) The funny thing is that the reason I love full body workouts is that I don't have time for splits. I simply don't have time or energy to workout everyday. Think about that :) salute
