I'm on level 7 and yesterday I do my first muscle up! I believe in this program
Woahhhhh!!! That's great man!!!! I bet you'll be ready for level 13 when it comes!!!! I would recommend doing muscle ups instead of negative muscle ups when asked to do them. Only as much as you can. Remember that this program is designed for you to give your best!!! And you can see that now it's paying off. Keep it up man, your one BIG step ahead now!! BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE!!!
