hey chris , ive been working out for about 4 months
ive made some progress but i seem to have developed uneven lat muscles.( highly noticable)
ive tried pulling evenly, leaning to the left more etc.... but its useless.
even when doing pullups i feel the burn only in my right side.
is there a way to even this imbalance out?
or do you have any tips to activated both evenly when doing pullups?
please help...
Well, I don't know much about this issue, and hope that Chris answers soon. But I would recommend doing one arm(assisted) pull-ups and one arm holds. Or doing typewriter pull-ups only towards your weak side or wide pull-ups pulling your chin towards your weak side as well. But obiously doing normal variations of pull-ups so that you also work your strong side as supposed to. Wait for Chris's answer though! Hope you can figure it out soon! BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE!!! true. But if you can't focus on actually pulling even with both sides you should also visit a physiotherapist and see what he says.
Yeah, good idea. It might be a genetics thing too.
