I started running but without measuring myself so I was more than that and shorter
I haven't seen any results till now but before I was in better shape.

Surprisingly I have the same height & weight, I was 94kg 2 months ago now I'm down to about 86-87kg. Well according to me, I still have fat but I can do muscle ups and such, but I did some calisthenics before getting this program. For calories, if you're trying to lose fat, you should be in a caloric deficit, try to get your foods from good stuff like meat, tuna, eggs, you know, bread, fruits, vegetables, you can eat some junk food every once in a while but if you're losing fat try to keep your sugar limits, I mean even if you're gaining weight try to keep your additional sugar limits low. I don't count calories I just try to eat less since I'm still losing fat, and do some running. It depends, you might be different, you might not have that much fat, which means you should try to eat more.. Results of gaining muscle, well it's not an overnight thing, according to the title, you probably have the program for 5 days or more.. Take at least 8 months in mind, something realistic, not like I will get ripped till June, because you're putting yourself under pressure and it's pretty much impossible.. Results of losing fat, same thing, you can't just go running for 5 days and lose the fat in a week, it might take less time than muscle, so take at least 3-4 months to see some results from running and eating less. And don't worry you will definitely get in shape, I was in great shape before, got fat and I decided to change my life again, it just takes time, so be patient. Good luck! :)
True. Remember the nutrition guide is coming soon + for the q about when you will see results - that's hard to say. Depends on how hard you work and how well you eat etc. For some it takes longer time than others.
Yeah, that's true. What body type(soma type) are you? I would also recommend watching Chris's nutritional guide video on YouTube. And for you q on seeing results, you will see results in 2 weeks, a month, 2 months, 3 months, so on and so forth. You will always see results. Little by little, have patience. Yeah i agree with all comments bro, try eat healthy , make sprints instead of low running , burns more fat . Try eat more protein , but other foods with carbs and healthy fat is also needed.
